Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is a deeply powerful mind-body-spirit practice.

Often called “emotional acupuncture” (without needles), EFT uses gentle fingertip tapping on specific meridian points while focusing on a memory, emotion, or belief you want to release. This combination can free stuck emotional energy, regulate the nervous system, and bring lasting clarity, peace, and resilience.


EFT is at the heart of my work as a lightworker because it consistently transforms fear, trauma, and emotional heaviness into relief, freedom, and self-trust.  🌿 What is EFT?


Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is a powerful mind-body practice often called “emotional acupuncture”—but without the needles. Instead of needles, you gently tap on specific meridian points (acupuncture points) using your fingertips to release stuck emotional or energetic blocks.


EFT works on the principle that emotions are energy in motion. When unresolved energy gets stuck, it may appear as emotional distress, limiting beliefs, or even physical symptoms.


By tapping on these meridian points while focusing on a challenge or emotion, EFT helps move the energy—bringing relief, balance, and emotional clarity.
