EFT : Emotional Freedom Techniques

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is a deeply powerful mind-body-spirit practice.

 A practical tool for regulating fear, stress, and emotional reactivity.


EFT is a mind-body method that combines gentle fingertip tapping on specific meridian points while focusing on a memory, emotion, or belief.


This process helps calm the nervous system and reduce the emotional intensity connected to fear, stress, or trauma.


It is structured.
It is repeatable.
It is grounded.
