Reverend, educator, and practitioner in emotional regulation and self-leadership.
I work with spiritually aware adults who are ready to take responsibility for their inner world and move beyond fear-driven patterns.
My background blends formal academic study, professional training, and over twenty years of service-oriented experience. I hold advanced degrees in metaphysical science and conflict resolution, am a certified EFT practitioner, and am currently completing doctoral work in Theocentric Psychology and Conscious-Centered Living.
As an ordained Reverend, I carry spiritual responsibility with seriousness and integrity. My role is not to preach or position myself above anyone — but to offer structured guidance rooted in clarity, accountability, and practical tools.
Education matters. So does lived experience.
My path has been shaped by hardship, deep questioning, and personal transformation. Through that process, I learned that real change does not come from force or perfection.
It comes from awareness.
From emotional regulation.
From courageous ownership.
That understanding shapes everything I teach.
My approach is grounded in three principles:
I do not offer inspiration without structure.
I offer practical tools that help you regulate your emotions, understand fear clearly, and lead yourself with steadiness in real life.
This is disciplined inner work — not passive healing.
I am a mother, an animal foster guardian, and a lifelong student of spiritual and psychological growth.
My life is rooted in faith, discipline, and devotion — not performance.
If you are ready for structured support grounded in both training and lived experience, I invite you to schedule an introductory session.
