I’m Alliette Chignoli.

I support sensitive, thoughtful souls who are ready to release fear, heal emotional pain, and reconnect with their inner truth. My work is grounded, compassionate, and practical—created to help healing feel accessible, human, and real.

I work with tools such as EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), breathwork, prayer, and reflective spiritual practices.

These tools are offered not to “fix” you, but to help you remember what has always been within you: wholeness, worth, and inner guidance.

My own journey has been shaped by healing, deep questioning, and personal awakening. 

Through both hardship and clarity, I learned that transformation does not come from force or perfection—it comes from honesty, presence, and courage.That understanding is the foundation of my work.

I don’t position myself above anyone. I walk beside people—with respect for their lived experience and their pace.

  I hold two roles, simply and clearly:

As a teacher, I share tools and teachings in a way that is straightforward and easy to apply in daily life.

As a guide, I offer presence, compassion, and steady support. I don’t promise outcomes—because true transformation arises from your own willingness—but I do promise integrity, care, and a grounded space where healing can unfold naturally.

There is no rushing here.

No pressure to become someone else.
