This session also allows us to determine whether ongoing structured work is the right fit.

If we decide to continue, ongoing sessions are structured to build emotional regulation, accountability, and long-term self-leadership.
Investment for continued work is discussed after the introductory session.
Sessions are available Saturdays and Sundays only.
