EFT, or Emotional Freedom Techniques, is a powerful mind-body method often referred to as “emotional acupuncture”—but without the needles. Instead of using needles, we tap on specific acupuncture points (also known as meridian points) using the fingertips to help release emotional and energetic blockages in the body.
EFT is based on the understanding that emotions are energy in motion, and that many physical or emotional symptoms are rooted in unresolved emotional energy. When this energy becomes stuck, it can show up as negative emotions, limiting beliefs, or even physical pain.
By gently tapping on key meridian points while focusing on the source of emotional or energetic discomfort, EFT helps to move the energy, allowing symptoms to soften or disappear—bringing relief, balance, and emotional clarity.
